How to monitor your system resources

On Mac OS X Tiger, there is a very good utility called Activity Monitor ,which
monitors all system resources. We all know that there is a rush hour for internet
when almost everyone is on the internet.
By using this utility, you can avoid this traffic jam by examining the network traffic!
It works similar to the TaskManager for PC!
